9am – 1pm

If theses times do not suit then please contact us to discuss alternative availability.

ORDERING TERMS

1.       Following your consultation you will receive a fully detailed written quote.  This quote is valid for 30 days with a 50% deposit required to secure our services for your wedding day.  Should the order be cancelled at least 30 days prior to the function date 30% will be refunded. 

Payment is accepted via Cash, Visa, Mastercard, Bankcard, American Express or Diners.  Payment via credit card will incur a 3.5% surcharge.

EFT payment can be made to: ANZ, floralevent pty ltd,

2.       Confirmation of final numbers and final payment is due no less than 14 days prior to the function date.  Once final payment is received no refund will be issued.

 

3.       Whereby a particular flower or item is not available due to seasonal changes we will discuss other options with you as necessary.  Whilst we will endeavour to source your required flowers we do not guarantee their availability.

 

Satisfaction Guarantee – We are committed to providing the highest level of quality and service.  In the unlikely event you are not completely satisfied with our product we will gladly replace or refund your money in full.
